What we are looking for

We are looking for a thoughtful mix of local businesses, makers, artisans, and family-friendly vendors who fit the spirit of the event and help create a welcoming experience for our guests.

Submitting an application does not guarantee vendor acceptance. Applications will be reviewed by Hazel in Bloom, and approved vendors will receive a separate Vendor Agreement with additional event details and terms.

There is no vendor fee for this event.

We are asking participating vendors if they would consider offering a small special, gift, or discount for bereaved families attending the event. It is completely optional, but often depending on the offering, gets people engaged in your booth.
