Our PAIL Project

A day of flowers, remembrance, and community in honor of
Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.

Every baby deserves to be remembered

This project was created to honor babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, and infant loss. We hope to bring families of loss, and the loved ones who walk beside them, together through flowers and community - creating a space where grief feels a little less lonely.

Our third daughter, Hazel, was stillborn at 40 weeks in December of 2024. In my grief, I found myself drawn to gardening… it began with decorating her grave, and eventually grew into Hazel in Bloom Flower Farm. Today, the farm gives me a way to carry Hazel with me, while creating beauty and connection for other families who are carrying their own babies (often silently) with them.

Below, you’ll find three ways you can be part of the PAIL Project: a place to submit your baby’s name to be remembered, sign up for updates about our memorial clothing line, and join us for an evening of flowers and remembrance on October 9th, benefiting the Adalyn Rose Foundation
in memory of Hazel.

With love,
‍The Lapp Family
